The technical foundation is industrial and systems engineering and a master's in data science, most of it applied in a heavily regulated, high-stakes environment: developing NLP-driven complaint management systems, fine-tuning transformer models on large-scale clinical datasets, and designing ensemble classifiers for adverse event detection. That's work where you can't fudge the details, and it shows in how the agents here are built.

Agentsia exists because small business owners are drowning in the same recurring work: chasing leads, triaging inboxes, scheduling, proposals, while the tools built for that work are either enterprise-priced or template-shallow.
