Agreement

By using agentsia.ai (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Artificial Intelligentsia, LLC d/b/a Agentsia (“Agentsia,” “we,” “us”).

What this Site is for

The Site provides general information about our pre-built and custom AI agent services. It does not by itself create a binding order for any paid service. Pricing on the Site is an invitation to talk, not a final quote. A contract, order form, or statement of work signed by both parties is what governs any paid work.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is tax, legal, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for your use of AI in your industry and for meeting your obligations to customers, partners, and regulators.

Acceptable use

You will not use the Site or our contact systems to:

▲Send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content
▲Attempt to break, overload, or scrape the Site in a way that harms us or other users
▲Misrepresent who you are or who you work for

Pricing, fair use, and changes

Pricing is scoped to each engagement and confirmed in a written proposal after a discovery call; the rate, scope, and fair-use practices may change for future engagements. We will not change the economics of a signed order without your agreement, but the Site can be updated for future visitors. “Unlimited” features, where offered, are always subject to reasonable, documented use so the service stays fast for all clients. Abusive or anomalous usage may require a conversation, throttling, or a revised scope.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your jurisdiction gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
