Privacy Policy

The short version

The Agentsia site (agentsia.ai) describes our pre-built and custom AI agent services. We do not sell your data, we do not run third-party ad trackers, and we collect only what you voluntarily provide through the contact form (or in direct email) so we can respond. For general use of the site, see our Terms of Service.

What we collect

Contact form submissions: If you fill out the contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, and message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Server logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically log basic request data such as IP addresses and browser type as part of normal infrastructure operation. We do not access or analyze these logs. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy →

What we don't collect

• ▲Tracking pixels or analytics scripts
• ▲Advertising network data
• ▲Data from minors

Data storage & retention

Contact form submissions are transmitted via AWS SES to a private email inbox and are not stored in any database. Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your request or maintain our business relationship.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any correspondence data by emailing ai@agentsia.ai. We will honor such requests promptly.
